Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked.
Package Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
